What shipped on this site, newest first. It is the human-readable half of
devlog/1, derived from commit history by the same run that refreshes the ship log — never hand-written. The machine form is served at /.well-known/devlog.fragment.json, and DEVLOG.md is the same record on GitHub. The hash beside each commit is that entry’s leaf on the estate transparency log, computed from the entry itself; an entry may not be folded into the log yet, and the explorer says so.2026-10-15
