Terms of use
These terms govern use of mlgblockchain.com. They do not govern an engagement — that is the engagement agreement, and where the two differ the engagement agreement wins.
What the material here is
Reference material, published for practitioners. It is general information about architecture, engineering and operations, and it is not advice for your specific system, your regulatory position or your jurisdiction. Deciding whether a ledger belongs in your architecture is an engagement, not a page.
Code samples are illustrative. They are written to demonstrate a property — idempotency, an alarm threshold, a signing rule — rather than to be pasted into production, and they carry no warranty.
Using it
You may read, quote, cite and link to anything here, including in commercial work, provided the attribution is accurate. Citation blocks are published on reference pages for that reason. Nothing here is gated and we would rather it were used than merely ranked.
Republishing a page in full, or presenting our material as your own, is not permitted. The marks and the mark usage rules are on the press kit.
Machine readers
Automated reading, indexing and retrieval are expressly permitted — see llms.txt. We publish structured data to make that easier rather than harder. Attribution rules are the same as for human readers, and a retrieval system that strips attribution is doing something we did not license.
Accuracy and change
Reference pages are versioned and carry a changelog; the rest is dated. We correct errors rather than quietly revising them, and material corrections to reference pages appear in the pillar changelog. If you find something wrong, tell us: press@mlgblockchain.com.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general reference material published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Who publishes this
MLG Blockchain, the enterprise blockchain practice of GDA Group. Contracting entity details are provided in the vendor onboarding pack.
