What changes in a build for a GIFT City IFSCA mandate?
A financial centre with its own perimeter, inside a market this practice has worked with since 2017.
The answer
GIFT City runs a distinct regulatory perimeter inside India — a unified authority, its own participation frameworks, and boundary questions an architecture must respect about what operates inside the IFSC and what stays outside it. The build treats that boundary the way it treats any control environment: named early, designed against explicitly, and settled in the engagement agreement rather than discovered mid-delivery.
The boundary is the design input
An IFSC entity’s systems sit inside a specific regulatory perimeter. Which functions and data must live inside it, and which may be delivered from outside, is the first architectural question — it shapes hosting, identity, and where each record of authority lives. Counsel names the perimeter; the build enforces it.
The practice’s record in India
