One layer of the agentic-internet stack, each answering a single question an agent must resolve to operate — who it is, what exists, who can act, whether to deal, how to reach the old web, how the organisation is shown, how it operates, how value moves, and what happened. It matters because collapsing two of these questions into one document produces a record no single party can honestly author.
