Agent coordination
The arrangement by which several autonomous processes act against shared state without producing conflicting or duplicated effects. Its hard parts are ordering, idempotency, and arbitration when two proposals are individually valid and jointly incoherent.
Common causes
Agents given direct write access to shared state, on the assumption that conflicts are rare.
What good looks like
Proposals into a single enforcement point, a stated ordering rule, and a named arbiter for conflicts.
This is the build-lens entry, deliberately narrower than the market framing of the same subject: see Agent economy — GDA Group glossary.
