Universal graph

The graph-layer description of what exists in an organisation’s corner of the network — people, organisations, agents, capabilities, tools and assets — and the evidenced relationships between them, saying nothing about how good, how much or how trusted. It matters because a graph kept to existence-and-relationship is one an organisation can publish about itself without lying and a reader can consume without discounting.
